According to a new study, the Jeep® brand has consumers feeling like it was simply meant to be. The Jeep brand in particular has always been one for customer satisfaction, but this new study shows consumers love it even more than we thought!

According to, the Jeep brand has moved up from placing 15th to 4th among all brands regarding the emotional bonds between the brand and consumers. This study by MBLM is said to have a close connection to a brand’s success in revenue and profit analyses as well.

Chief marketing officer at FCA US LLC, Olivier Francois, attributes this success to the brand’s unique identity and overall story.

“Storytelling is a critical part of marketing and being successful hinges on the ability to make it resonate emotionally outside the walls of your company,” Francois said in a recent release.

As a whole, the automotive industry placed second out of the 15 industries studied in MBLM’s Brand Intimacy 2018 Report. This report is the largest study of brands based on consumer emotions, using the responses of 6,000 consumers and 54,000 brand evaluations across 15 industries.
